API and Integration Use: Any integrations must follow these Terms and not collect unauthorized data.
Warning: Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or other actions.
4. User Content
Responsibility: Users are responsible for all content they upload or store, including digital cards, text, and images.
Verification: Content must not violate copyright, privacy, or applicable laws.
Rights: Users grant a limited license to Pocky to store and display content for service purposes.
Content Review: Pocky may review or remove content violating these Terms.
Digital Cards Disclaimer: Pocky stores digital cards but does not verify validity or authenticity; these are the responsibility of the issuing organization.
Third-Party Cards: Pocky is not liable for content from external services.
5. Privacy
